setup

Connect your data.

About 15 minutes, one screen at a time. There is exactly one step only you can do — buying your data subscription, because it must be in your name. Everything else the installer and the in-app checklist handle for you.

HOW YOUR DATA FLOWS

YOUR FEED (broker or dxFeed) → QUANTOWER (free) → GEX BRIDGE (localhost) → JARVIS DESKS

Every arrow lives on your machine. Nothing is sent to us, ever.

the five steps

  1. 1Install JARVIS — the bridge comes with it. Run the installer from the download page. The GEX Bridge indicator ships insideJARVIS: the installer places it into every Quantower install it finds, and every JARVIS update refreshes it automatically. You never download the bridge separately, and you won't find it on Quantower's site — it's ours, and it's already in the box.
  2. 2Install Quantower (free). Get it at quantower.com, create the free account it asks for, and open it once. Quantower is the platform that carries your data feed; you never have to learn it beyond logging in your connection. Installed Quantower afterJARVIS? Open JARVIS → SETUP / DATA → press INSTALL / REPAIR BRIDGE (with Quantower closed), then start Quantower.
  3. 3Connect your market data — the one step with a purchase. Two paths, and most traders use both:PATH A · YOU ALREADY TRADE FUTURESConnect your existing broker or prop-firm feed (Rithmic, CQG, Tradovate, AMP…) inside Quantower → Connections. That feed already carries the book and tape: the order-flow desk lights up at zero extra cost. The gamma desk needs options data — that's Path B, addable any time.PATH B · DXFEED — THE OPTIONS CHAIN (GAMMA DESK FUEL)In Quantower open Connections → dxFeed and follow its "get credentials" link (self-serve checkout at get.dxfeed.com). Buy only the markets you trade — packages start around $19/mo and a typical all-in runs $30–60/mo; the exact price shows at dxFeed's checkout before you pay, including the exchange's non-professional fee. Where a market-depth option is offered, take it — the book heatmap feeds on depth. Credentials arrive by email; paste them into the Quantower dxFeed connection. It is your account and your card — JARVIS never touches either.
    MARKETDXFEED PACKAGENOTE
NQ · Nasdaq-100 futuresCME (futures + options)one CME package powers both NQ and ES
ES · S&P 500 futuresCME (futures + options)same package as NQ — no extra buy
GC · Gold futuresCOMEX (futures + options)gold options live on COMEX, not CME
  4. 4Put the bridge on your charts. In Quantower, open a chart for each market you trade (the front-month contract), then Indicators → GexBridge. Set the port for that market — and keep it to one bridge per chart:
    CHARTBRIDGEPORTPRIMARY
    NQ8770ON
    ES8780ON
    GC8790ON
Only add the markets you trade — NQ alone is a complete setup. If Quantower was open during a bridge install, restart it once so the indicator appears in the list.
  5. 5Open JARVIS and watch the checklist go green. Sign in (6-digit code to your checkout email), press SETUP / DATA, and the app checks the real thing live: Quantower found, bridge installed, each market's book + tape + options chain actually streaming. A row only turns green when it genuinely works. When your markets are green — launch the desks from the dropdowns. Daily use from then on is one double-click.

when a dot won't go green

Where do I download the GEX Bridge indicator?

You don't — it's not on quantower.com and it's not a separate download anywhere. The bridge is part of JARVIS: the installer places it into Quantower for you, and the INSTALL / REPAIR BRIDGE button on the app's SETUP / DATA page does the same thing any time (close Quantower first, then press it, then reopen). If the GEX BRIDGE row on that page is green, you have it. The only thing you ever do inside Quantower is add the indicator named "GexBridge" to your chart.

A market's dot stays red

The bridge isn't reachable on that market's port. In order: is Quantower open? Is a chart for that market open? Is the GexBridge indicator added to that chart? Is its port set to the number in the table above (and Primary ON)? One bridge per chart — never two on the same chart.

Dot is green but the row says “connected, silent”

The bridge is alive but no data is flowing through it. That's a Quantower data-connection issue: check that your feed (broker or dxFeed) shows connected inside Quantower and the chart is actually ticking. On weekends futures are closed Friday 5pm–Sunday 6pm ET, so a quiet tape on Saturday is normal, not broken.

Book and tape are live but the options chain is dark

Your feed carries futures but not that market's options. The order-flow desk runs fully; the gamma desk waits until your dxFeed package includes the market's options (CME options for NQ/ES, COMEX options for GC). JARVIS shows honest dark rather than guessing — add the package whenever you want the gamma desk.

I only have my prop-firm feed. Is that a problem?

No — it's the normal starting point. Your Rithmic/CQG feed powers the book, tape, and the whole order-flow desk today. Buy the dxFeed options package later if you want dealer-gamma walls; the app tells you exactly which features each feed unlocks.

Windows Firewall asked about JARVIS or Quantower

Allow it. All JARVIS data traffic stays on your own machine (localhost) — the bridge never opens a port to the internet. The only thing JARVIS sends out is your subscription check.

Does my market data ever leave my PC?

No. Your feed goes broker/dxFeed → Quantower → a local pipe on your machine → JARVIS, and stops there. We never see, store, or relay your market data. That's the whole design.
